With backgrounds spanning engineering, management, and technology, our team blends creativity with precision to bring every performance to life. Whether it’s a packed local show, a wedding, or a corporate event, we treat every production with the same energy and care that inspired us to start this journey together.

Aaron Street | Owner
Aaron’s passion for music and the local scene began over 20 years ago when he first picked up a guitar, inspired by legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, and his biggest influence, Jimi Hendrix. What began as a creative outlet slowly evolved into a lifelong pursuit of live performance, production, and community.
The idea for Straitjacket Productions first sparked in 2012, but it wasn’t until recently that his vision came to life as a full-fledged business. With years of experience in management, Aaron brings strong leadership, professionalism, and an eye for detail to every project, ensuring each event runs as smoothly as it sounds.
When he’s not behind a console or organizing an event, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and dog.

Matt Shannon | Owner
Matt’s passion for music began over 15 years ago when he first picked up a guitar and started experimenting with sound. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a deep appreciation for live performance, production, and the community that surrounds local music.
An engineer by trade, Matt brings a unique blend of technical precision and artistic vision to Straitjacket Productions. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure every event, from local shows to weddings and corporate gatherings, runs seamlessly from the first note to the final encore.
When he’s not behind the console or fine-tuning equipment, you’ll find him spending time with his wife and pets or working on home studio projects.

Tyler Williams
Tyler’s connection to music runs deep, from his early days learning bass and guitar to helping shape the energy and sound that define Straitjacket Productions. A lifelong music fan with a passion for performance and production, he brings creativity, focus, and a team-first mindset to every event.
Currently finishing his degree in Information Technology, Tyler combines his technical knowledge with hands-on experience to keep things running smoothly both on and off the stage. His leadership background in supervision adds another layer of dependability to the team, and his voice in planning and decision-making helps drive the company’s continued growth.
When he’s not working a show or finishing a project, you’ll find him watching the game, spending time with his wife, or hanging out with their two cats.
