Straitjacket Productions was built on friendship, creativity, and a shared love for music and independent art. What began as a group of friends creating together has grown into a dedicated recording studio and screen-printing shop built to support musicians, bands, businesses, and the local creative community.
Our team combines experience in audio production, engineering, management, design, and technology to deliver professional results with a personal, collaborative approach. Whether we are helping an artist record and shape a song, producing custom merchandise for a band, or printing apparel for a business or event, we treat every project with the same energy, precision, and care that inspired us to begin.

Aaron Street | Owner
Aaron’s passion for music and the local scene began more than 20 years ago when he first picked up a guitar, inspired by artists such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, and his greatest influence, Jimi Hendrix. What began as a creative outlet gradually developed into a lifelong commitment to musicianship, recording, production, and supporting independent artists.
The idea for Straitjacket Productions first took shape in 2012, but it was not until recently that Aaron’s vision became a full-fledged recording studio and screen-printing business. With years of management experience and a strong creative background, he brings leadership, professionalism, and close attention to detail to every project. Whether he is helping shape a recording, guiding the creative direction of a release, or developing custom merchandise, Aaron is committed to helping artists and businesses bring their ideas to life.
When he is not working in the studio or developing new creative projects, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and dog.

Matt Shannon | Owner
Matt’s passion for music began more than 15 years ago when he first picked up a guitar and started experimenting with sound. What began as a creative outlet developed into a lasting appreciation for recording, audio production, design, and the community surrounding independent music.
An engineer by trade, Matt brings a unique combination of technical precision, problem-solving, and creative vision to Straitjacket Productions. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure every recording and screen-printing project is handled with care, consistency, and a professional finish. Whether he is fine-tuning studio equipment, helping shape a recording, or preparing artwork and apparel for production, Matt focuses on turning each client’s ideas into a polished final product.
When he is not working in the studio or print shop, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, playing guitar, and working on personal recording projects.

Tyler Williams
Tyler’s connection to music runs deep, from his early days learning bass and guitar to helping shape the creative identity of Straitjacket Productions. A lifelong music fan with an interest in recording, production, and design, he brings creativity, focus, and a team-first mindset to every project.
Having a degree in Information Technology, Tyler combines technical knowledge with hands-on problem-solving to help keep the studio, print shop, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. His background in supervision adds another layer of leadership and dependability, while his involvement in planning and decision-making continues to support the company’s growth.
When he is not working on a project or finishing schoolwork, Tyler enjoys watching sports, spending time with his wife, and hanging out with their two cats.
